Lux Media Productions Content Provider Agreement

As a Lux Media Productions, LLC dba Luxurious Pleasures, Content Provider (Chatter/Performer), I agree to the following:

• Any prohibited activity, illegal or otherwise violates standards, shall not be used in any manner on the site.
  
• Written consent will be obtained by Lux Chatter and kept on record of all persons depicted in the content specific to:
  • Consent to be depicted in the content if someone other than Lux chatter/performer is performing with chatter/performer in videos and photos. All performers in content must be a Lux Chatter/Performer with a signed release form on file and tagged in every photo/video for equal exposure.
  • Consent to allow for the public distribution of the content and to upload the content to Luxurious Pleasures.
  • If the content will be made available for downloading by other users, consent to have the content downloaded.
  • Verify the identity and age of all persons depicted in content to ensure that all persons depicted are adults (18+) and be able to provide supporting documents upon registration and review of account.
  • Chatters/performers understand that using photos and videos of other models (porn stars) whether free and/or for sale is prohibited on Luxurious Pleasures and shall not be uploaded to their profiles. Failure to comply will result in account deletion and immediate forfeiture of any profits received on the site. 
  • I understand, have read and agree to the terms outlined in the User and Content Provider Agreement.
  • By doing so in complying with the above requirements, all Lux Models must sign the Content Provider (Chatter/Performer) Release Contract.
