How PSO with LP Works

So... how does Phone Sex Operation with Luxurious Pleasures work?​

First and foremost, thank you for considering joining Luxurious Pleasures. We appreciate you, and your support. We look forward to working with you and providing you with the support you may need while you are with us. We are a largely chat based website, so a lot of our features surround text communications, voice note/picture/video exchanges, and media purchasing. Phone and video calls were added as a bonus for fans and chatters who desire a more virtual intimate connection with a phone and/or call.

As a PSO/Chatter with Luxurious Pleasures, it is important for you to read the below carefully, as there is zero tolerance for unprofessionalism. Because we are a fairly new and small community, we strive to satisfy and earn our fans trust, so we are accepting individuals who exhibit strong work ethic. Individuals working with us must be driven, dedicated, hard working, creative, intelligent, and reliable. LP PSOs/Chatters must have good customer service abilities, a keen taste for customer satisfaction, while thinking quick on their feet, and must have a bubbly open-minded personality. Individuals with interest in working on our platform as an independent contractor understand that this is a commission based position with 85% payout that offers flexibility and self promotion is required.

What you will need to get started as an independent contractor with LP.

• Business equipment such as a fully functional and operating desktop or laptop. You must have a mouse (wired or wireless) or quick efficient skills in moving your mouse pad to accept calls. 
  
• A functional headset or noise cancelling headphones.
• Reliable, high speed internet connection.
• A quiet private place or space to take calls. 

We operate our platform in a vintage way, in that PSOs/Chatters must set time aside to take calls and actively be online in front of their computers to accept incoming phone and video calls. We highly recommend PSOs/Chatters dedicate 1 to 6 hours a day (or at least 15 hours per week) to be logged on and chat and/or take calls. If you decide to take lunch, please be sure to uncheck your phone status so that no calls will be made to you during your time away. Our site is not like others and PSOs/Chatters working with us cannot turn their phone status on, carry their phones with them, walk away, and take phone calls while they’re cleaning or doing other chores (operators can turn their overall online status on for chats and chat from anywhere, unless a voice note request is received from a fan(s)). Operators working with us, must treat their day as though they were at an actual call center answering customer service calls; for phone and video calls. The only difference is that operators have the luxury of bringing the call center to their home. That is why we stress having a private place or space to take calls. That can be a home office, private bedroom with a desk, or a closet with your laptop on a pile of clothes on the floor. It is important for operators to be sitting in front of their computers to accept phone calls.  Please note, your device must not fall asleep. Whether using a phone or laptop, your device must be awake with LP on one tab (up and open) in order to receive the pop-up and ringtone of phone and video calls. 

While we operate in a vintage way, we also wanted to provide convenience in that all phone and video calls are internet based and come through the website only. PSOs/Chatters do not have to use cell phone numbers or landlines to accept calls. There is only one log for phone and video calls and that is directly on your profile. It’s discrete and safe. PSOs/Chatters with LP are not required to collect credit card information. Our system is discrete and internet based for credit card processing. Fans have the opportunity of topping off their wallets with cash directly from our site, using our third party credit card platform. PSOs/Chatters are not responsible for processing refunds. 

For best results, it’s recommended that PSOs/Chatters are available for work for a minimum of 3 days a week 1 to 6 hours a day or up to 15 hours a week. Failure to log on regularly especially when a fan is contacting you, will result in account deactivation and you will need to send an email request to reactivate your account. Joining our platform is free. We will never ever ask you for money to contribute or for the promise of promoting you and feature your profile anywhere. Our only ask is that you are consistent with your profile, whether you are actively online or not. What most platforms won't tell you is that there are busy times and then there are slow times. If you are joining based on the idea that you will earn lots of money right away, then this platform is not for you. We host chatters and models who believe in their craft and exhibit patience. There may be several days even months where chatters won’t receive a hit, and then all of a sudden they will receive a hit. The key is being present when you do. You should know, the owners of this platform are performers themselves, so there will always be transparency here.

• More About Our Platform: We are required to practice exclusivity. U.S. regulations are slowly but surely restricting platforms like ours to expose our site to the public, due to its potential graphic nature. It’s out of our control and honestly we wouldn’t have it any other way, because it helps keep us safe and private. When fans visit our website, registration is required with us prior to gaining access to your profile and content. This goes for PSOs/Chatters and fans alike. We generally promote our website with ads and we highlight PSOs/Chatters in newsletters, email marketing, social media, and blogs. However, we are not required to promote PSOs/Chatters. For best practices on securing one’s success, it is required that PSOs/Chatters promote themselves. Your profile link will be sent to you, but be reminded that fans still will not have access to your profile unless they have registered and signed onto their account. We are now offering the opportunity for PSOs/Chatters to post sexy blog posts on our blogger page to help promote content from PSOs/Chatters. It’s been said that PSOs/Chatters who create sexy enticing stories have a high chance of attracting more fans and attention. When writing your story, be sure to be as creative but mindful as possible of key taboo words that are prohibited. To learn more about what words and terms are prohibited, click here. 
  
  
• More information about your account: After verifying your email address, you will have access to your profile where you will enter your information, such as your stage name, your gender, age, your address, your telephone number, and your bio description to name a few. All sensitive information such as your telephone number, drivers license (or identification/passport information) and address will not be shared on your profile. Please note that if you do put your address in the area right below your profile pic on the left side of the screen, that will be displayed on your profile. Your phone number will not be displayed, however.
  • You are required to add your information on the right bottom corner for verification purposes. You'll see where you must enter your identification and the following below qualify as valid identification: 
    • a driver's license number
    • passport information
    • or plain identification (this could also be a global entry ID card, or a state government issued card).
  • You must take a picture of you holding your identification, a picture of the front of your ID, and a picture of the back of your ID. This is required to verify your account as an 18+ chatter/performer/content creator. If you are offering content that is sexually explicit, be sure to select the option at the bottom. Once your information is submitted, our team will review your application. Your online application will not be approved if it is incomplete. *Be sure to submit all required documentation and correct information for review.  If for any reason you are unable to enter all of your identification numbers or letters on your profile upon registering as a PSO/Chatter, don't fret, let us know and we will enter the information from our database upon confirming your photos with your ID. Any information that is missing, we will notify you and let you know so that you can send it to us for review. You must also be sure that your profile picture meets our requirements. To learn more about acceptable profile pictures click here and here. If you do not upload a profile photo, a default photo will be uploaded for you. 
    
  • Once your profile is approved we will notify you with a welcome message via email. PSOs/Chatter have a 3 month probational period upon their approved start date (typically the day we send the welcome message). During your 3 month probationary period, you are required to participate by at least logging into your account, engaging in your account by actively showing as “online now" for at least 1 to 15 hours a week. You are required to engage with your fans when a message is received. If your account displays evidence that you have not been active for three consecutive months, your account will automatically be deactivated. If you wish to log on after your 3-month probational period, you’ll need to email us a request to have your account activated. If your account is re-activated, your 3-month probational period will begin again. If after a year, there is no activity on your account, it will be permanently deleted and you forfeit any earnings received over the course of your time with LP. 
    
  • To stay compliant with our merchant account requirements, PSOs/Chatters must sign our performer release contract/agreement. This can be done before or after your account has been approved (please note, you have two weeks after your account has been approved, to review, and sign your agreement). There are three options on how to obtain our performer release contract/agreement, you can either click the link here, review, and electronically sign, we can email it to you directly for signature, or we can send it via DocuSign. We typically send the document via docusign. Be sure to thoroughly read the release/contract agreement before signing. You cannot proceed with the longevity of your account if the release form is not signed and returned to us. Failure to return your agreement within the required two week period, will result in account suspension until it is received and your probational period will reset once your contract is received.
  • To ensure your payment request, it is important to enter the information on how you want to be paid under the payout tab. We have three options listed on our site; wire transfer, bank transfer, and Skrill (if you wish to be paid another way, i.e. PayPal, or Cashapp, please send us your payout information (handle) to admin@luxuriouspleasures.net). If you are a U.S. citizen, please also be sure to complete your W9 form (which can be found here and on our website at the bottom) and return to us. 
  • Set your fee for messages, phone, and video calls per minute. Minimum required fee is $1.00 per messages and phone calls per minute. The minimum required fee for video calls is $2.00 per minute. Fan are not initially charged when they send messages. PSO/Chatter fees only apply to their accounts when performers reply to messages received (in other words, you won’t be paid unless you answer your fan’s message(s)). 
  • We conduct payouts upon request. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for processing. You receive 85% of your payout for everything, phone and video calls, text messages, pictures, tips, videos, and the minimum amount you can request for payout is $45.00. $100.00 is the minimum for international folks.
  • Media can only be uploaded one photo or video at a time. Unfortunately we do not offer multiple photo packages at this time. For each of your media, you have the option to set your rate. Minimum fee amount is $1.00 per photo/video media. Photos and videos whether for media and/or PPV are not required, however, (based on comfort level) highly recommended to help entice the fan's interest and keep them engaged with you. We are largely a chatting/sexting site, so naturally fans can and will ask for photo exchange in the private chat. Please note that misuse of other model or porn star photos whether free or for sale are prohibited. If you are not exchanging photos in the private chat, it is important to detail that in your description on your profile and let your fan know, if they request photos of you. PSOs/Chatters risk permanent account deletion and forfeiture of the earnings should our terms be violated.   • Profile photos must be professional, yet inviting, and tasteful. Full nudity is not allowed in profile photos. PSOs/Chatters are not required to add photos showing their own bodies or face. However, misuse of other models and pornstar photos is prohibited. If PSO/Chatter does not upload a photo, our system will automatically upload our default photo. Should PSOs/Chatters decide to update their profile photos, PSOs/Chatters must be creative and thoughtful in selecting photos for their profiles. Your profile photo should reflect your inner personality and what your own fantasies are. If you are going to upload your own photo; failure to comply with our photo policy will result in your account being delayed for approval. Your profile photo must be clear as a whistle, no blur, no messy backgrounds, no prohibited material. Profile photos may contain a written statement regarding your fantasy and/or interests. Again, if you do not wish to upload a photo, our default photo will be added for you.
  • Links to other social media platforms is allowed. Remember that we are in no way, shape or form responsible for mishaps that occur on those social media sites. Please refer to our User and Content Provider Agreement here, section 5 for details. 
• Receiving Chats: On your profile under Online Status, simply select it to turn your status on and show you as "online now" for chats only. Click save. When you are done chatting, deselect online status and click save. Click the video below to view our how to video guide on chat messages. Please note that because of our potentially graphic nature, and our platform, our videos are age restricted and you will need to login to YouTube with your email address to verify your age and view,

• Receiving phone calls: Once you are logged on, click the "Online Status" on your profile, click save, to actively show you as “Online Now”. The “Online Status” will show you as online for chats only. Be advised that in order to turn on your phone call status, your "Online Status" will need to be turned on first. To take calls, select “Phone Calls”, select the amount of time you wish to take calls (for best practices, highlight the number area and type in the amount of hours you wish to take calls. For example, when selecting phone calls, there will automatically be a number 0 there. Highlight the 0 and type in your number of hours, 1, 2, 3 and so on), click save. The max amount of hours you can take calls is 8. The timer tab is used as a reference to help with your phone call schedule. Once your phone call timer is on, the countdown begins and when your time is expired, a pop up on the right hand bottom of your page will appear, notifying you that your time has expired. For now, you must manually refresh your page to reset your phone call status and have it automatically turned off.  Your fans do not have visibility of your hours online, just that you are accepting calls. When a fan initiates a call, your popup will appear on the middle of your screen. Keep in mind that you must actively be on the site (device not asleep with LP website in a different tab) in order to see the popup. The ringtone will ring 4 times max. Simply click the green button to accept the call. Another popup will appear at the left top corner of your screen (on computer) asking for microphone use to be allowed. Click allow. To view our "how to guide", click the video below. Please be advised that due to the graphic nature of our videos, you will be required to verify your age by signing onto YouTube.

• Receiving Video calls: To receive video calls, you'll need to put your "Online Status" on first, click save. You can then turn your video call status on and set your timer. Minimum amount of time for video calls is 1 hour, max 8. Please keep in mind you'll need to be logged on and actively on the site to receive video calls. The same goes for computers and cell phones. You'll need to have Luxurious Pleasures up in a separate tab with no interruptions, and your device must not fall asleep. Minimum rate for video calls is $2.00/minute. When fans want to connect for a video call, they will press the video call option on your profile and hit the green button to initiate the video call. (You don't need to put your phone call status on in order to receive video calls. You can select either service at your comfort level. PSOs/Chatters who are not comfortable with video calls, can skip this part as this will not apply to you). You'll receive your popup notification for your video call and the ringer will buzz 4 times max. When you hit the green button (to accept the call) another popup message will appear at the top left hand corner of your screen for you to allow your device to have access to your camera and microphone, click allow.   • Please remember to keep your LP website tab separate from other tabs. Even if you are browsing other tabs with LP in a separate tab in the back, LP tab must be separate to hear your ring tone when you are receiving a call request. Tip: once you turn either status on, (chat, phone call, video call) refresh your page for best results on receiving notifications. A friendly reminder that when a fan initiates a call, your line will ring up to four times; click on the LP separate tab and you'll see a popup appear in the middle of your page (on LP website only), click the green button on the popup to accept the call. Your computer will then show a popup to allow use of your microphone; click “allow” (and if prompted, click always allow). If you are done taking phone and/or video calls before your time expires, deselect your phone and/or video call status and click save. PSOs/Chatters are still able to receive text messages while your status is listed as online or offline. Payments for text messages are released into your account after you have acknowledged and responded to your fan's message. When your status shows as "Online Now" whether you are taking calls or not; it indicates to fans that you are actively online to chat with them, therefore it is required that PSOs/Chatters be responsive to fans when they send chats. Failure to do so within minutes will result in account suspension (suspended accounts are required to contact Luxurious Pleasures to request reactivation at admin@luxuriouspleasures.net). Those who practice continued unresponsiveness, even after having been suspended several times; will result in permanent account deletion of the PSO/Chatter.
• • • Text messages, tips, pictures, and videos may be received while PSOs/Chatters are online and offline. Email notifications are sent to all members, whether PSO or fan, when they receive a message from our platform. When a fan saves a PSO/Chatter as a favorite, PSOs are notified via email.  
    • Media that is uploaded to your profile can be pinned to the front if you wish to continuously showcase it to your page. 
    • If for any reason, this isn't working for you right now, you can simply request to deactivate your account right from your profile at the bottom of your page. A deactivation code will be emailed to you. If you’d like to permanently delete your account, simply send us an email at admin@luxuriouspleasures.net with your deletion request or feel free to click our live chat button for immediate assistance. .

What does it take to be a successful independent contractor?

PSOs/Chatters must exhibit the following to be successful.

• Must be a self starter and be driven to work independently from your home or in a comfortable quiet place. 
• For chatters who are not exchanging photos, be sure to detail that in your bioMust be friendly, open-minded, and ready to have a variety of discussions about different topics. It’s important for PSOs/Chatters to list their areas of expertise and their comfort level topics of discussion on their profile. Having a complete profile with hours included is beneficial. . List other virtual services you offer; such as your ability to leave sexy voice notes to help entice your fans. 
• Must have a great imagination and be invested in their profession as an actor/actress (PSO). You are either creating or helping create fantasies, you must make it memorable so your fan will become a regular. 
• Must be articulate and be a great writer. Writing blogs is essential in gaining a fanbase and some success. We are now inviting PSOs/Chatters to write a blog post to feature on our blog. To submit your fantasy blog post, you can either email us at admin@luxuriouspleasures.net with your post or post your blog yourself (an author invite will be sent to you upon your account approval for our blog). 
• Must have an inviting personality and a pleasant nurturing voice. 
• Must be a good listener and have an outgoing personality, while exhibiting confidence.
• Must have patience. Successful independent contractors don’t solely focus on the money, as success is a hit or miss. What you give out is what you will get in return and it begins with your energy. When you exhibit passion in your craft, put in the necessary time and energy, your success will follow.  
• keyMust be consistent, trustworthy, stand out from the crowd, and be unique. This helps with building connections and trust from fans. Above all else, consistency is key.

While we are simply providing the platform for you to be able to do that without discrimination, we also want to be here to support you in the most healthy and helpful way possible.
