Lux Media Productions Content Provider Agreement

As a Lux Media Productions, LLC dba Luxurious Pleasures, Content Provider, I agree to the following:

• Any prohibited activity, illegal or otherwise violates standards, shall not be used in any manner on the site.
  
• Written consent will be obtained by influencer and kept on record of all persons depicted in the content specific to:
  • Consent to be depicted in the content
  • Consent to allow for the public distribution of the content and to upload the content to Luxurious Pleasures.
  • If the content will be made available for downloading by other users, consent to have the content downloaded.
  • Verify the identity and age of all persons depicted in content to ensure that all persons depicted are adults (18+) and be able to provide supporting documents upon request.
  • By doing so in complying with the above requirements, all Lux Models must sign the Content Provider (Model) Release Form.
